Pantech Breakout comes with full touchscreen design and black matte plastic all around. It is compact and slim measuring 127 x 64 x 12 mm and quite heavy weighing 138 grams. Samsung Focus Flash appears as a candy bar and full touchscreen phone with tapered back panel, black glossy plastic, squared-off edges, and a glass display. The phone is compact and lightweight measuring 116.1 x 58.7 x 11 mm and weighing 116.2 grams. Located on the front is 3.7 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels resolution). Pantech Link comes with a candy bar design plus a portrait QWERTY keyboard. It is constructed out of black plastic with patterned rubberized back cover. It is also very slim and lightweight measuring 115.2 x 60.9 x 9.9 mm and weighing 91 grams. On the front side, there is 2.4 inches QVGA LCD display with 262k colors support. Right below the display, there are navigation array keypad and full QWERT keyboard. Navigation array keypad consists of two soft keys, a speakerphone key, a Clear key, a round toggle, a Call key and an End Call or Power key. The left side of the phone sits the microSD slot and volume rocker while on the right side is charging port and camera shutter. Basically, Pantech Link II looks similar to its predecessor Pantech Link; a candy bar design with portrait QWERTY keyboard. It measures 114 x 61 x 10 mm and weighs 94 grams. The display features 2.4 inches TFT display with 320 x 240 pixels resolution and 256K colors support. Although the display is not the best one, images look clear and bright for such a basic phone. Below the display, there are navigation array and 4 rows of QWERTY keyboard. The navigation array consists of two soft buttons, a speakerphone button, a back button, a call button, an end call or power button, and a square toggle with middle OK button – Pantech Link has a rounded toggle. Volume rocker is placed on the right side while a microUSB or charger port and a camera shutter are on the left side. The back side features camera lens and speakerphone.

Pantech Link II runs on GSM network and already supports HSDPA data network. Similar to its predecessor, Link II also have two web browser with WAP 2.0/xHTML, and HTML support; Opera Mini as default browser and built-in web browser.
